I just stumbled across an incredible deal at Albertson's on fluorescent light bulbs - a package of 3 for a buck. It's a program SMUD (a sacto utility
district) is running to help people save electricity. I tried to buy all they had but they would only let me have 50.
If anybody is looking for some cheap gifts to give away to the folks in Baja - well - what could be more pratical.
They be running the same deal through Long's Drug the week of May 7.

Please let me know if you ever see 12 volt compact fluorescents for less than $20 each and after I faint, I'll buy every last one.
