DO NOT USE YOUR VISA IN LA EUROPEA IN CABO!
I live in Cabo and use my VISA card very sparingly. On 11/09/02 I used my card at LA EUROPEA. On 11/14/02 my VISA company Fraud department
contacted me because of strange activity. None of these charges were done by me.

I did noticed that someone else posted on the boards last month that they had a similar experience at La Europea. I will let the owner know he has a
problem.

Wow. That person got a good sting in. I'm glad you're tallking to the owner. Be sure and document the meeting and the conversation. It may come in
handy later. Giving it a lot of publicity is a great idea. So many people don't say anything and then many others get stung in their turn. Take

Having worked at a restaurant i know a bit about these things, the most likely problem is that one of his employees is copying the info on the cards
and loading that info onto a fake card that will later be used to rip you off, contact the owner NOT the manager, the manager might me in the scam,
and also contact Visa, if they have had these kinds of problems with other customers, they will send an investigator to question everybody in the
establishment, if they dont dont get the offender they will deny the merchant the visa service.
