Easy access. Usually good fishing. The coyotes stop by at night.

Looking the other way.

San Rafael?

Great photo... Makes me want to go! Love the campfire, fishing poles, sand beach... Good Baja feeling, for sure!

I am going to just take a stab and say Bahia San Rafael... but not sure.

ja ja ja... funny! Comitan and I had the same guess!

TMW - 9-24-2005 at 09:53 AM

Comitan got it.

This one for Pompano. Looking down at the seals at seal cove at Lugana Manuela. David knew the first place too.

I can't remember where this was except it was in Baja. My sweetheart.

Looks like the depository that used to exist just north of Gonsaga. We always contributed on passing but was gone last March. Rob

Does anyone have a good recipe for sealion?

bajaden - 9-25-2005 at 12:24 AM

Mix a little olive oil and butter together. Throw in a little garlic. Slowly heat the oil and cook the garlic until it starts to emit an aroma. Now raise the heat. Salt an pepper on both sides of the sea lion. Did I mention that you will need a large frying pan. Place the sea lion in the pan and sear for 4 to 5 minutes per side.

If dead, prepare to carve. If alive, prepare to run like hell.
