David K is just about everywhere!

Ken Cooke - 12-9-2005 at 08:15 PM

I do a Google-search on 'Toyota TRD' and a few pages in, I automatically see David standing next to some Cactus down in Baja!?! What's going on? Is this guy planted in most Google searches? Oh, try and search Baja and his name and/or webpage will pop up.

...and yet another Googled David K. image!

Maybe is a Baja Ritual...

Ken Cooke - 12-9-2005 at 11:17 PM

Maybe he'll go into politics, and be elected Governor of Baja Norte one day. I can see it now, Gov. K reading his speeches from an index card in one hand, and a beer in the other! :P

Does that mean......... Nah!

You didn't look in the right place Neal

Sonora Wind - 12-10-2005 at 02:49 PM

When I goggled your name the first site that came up was an add for a Jamaican Proctologist named Pokeymon. :O:lol::lol:

Sorry; that was wrong. Fun but wrong:cool:

That picture is David sitting in the back of my van. The answer to your question is that he only has two hands and each one is always full.

KInd of beer?

David K - 12-12-2005 at 09:14 AM

That was at JR's place in La Barca/Rosarito when we met Antonio (Baja Cactus)... The beer (I think) was a 'Mexicali'... very good stuff actually brewed in Tecate, named after the old Mexicali beer we saw a lot in the 60's (see Erle Stanley Gardner's books with pics of cases of the stuff).

The rest of the photos are at: http://www.vivabaja.com/bajacactus/

Here is another photo that shows me (sitting next to Bernie) listening to JR Baja (with a Corona in his hand)...

David,

I have a picture wearing a cowboy hat, sitting on that very horse! Maybe I should have deposited a Got Baja? sticker on is rear the last time I was there!:O:no:

David K - 12-13-2005 at 07:25 PM

Ha ha!!!

Speaking of Got Baja stickers... I am all out... Have been mailing them to folks almost daily, all over the country! The last four requests will be sent as soon as I get some more stamps! Not to panic, my Tijuana printer connection (Baja Cactus) will make me some more as soon as he can... By New Years I hope!

Ken Cooke - 12-13-2005 at 10:45 PM

So the real question: Mexicali or Magnum?

Baja Angel - 12-13-2005 at 11:01 PM

Gosh Diver, I guess if I can't actually be with the Nomads... (or in Baja)....
