If you use either Yahoo! or SBCglobal for email, be advised that if you have the "bulk mail" folder turned "on" then you may find messages - such as
those sent containing your passwords (for those that have been lost, or for new signups) - in that bulk mail folder (currently).
If you do find this, please click the "not spam" button to put it back in your inbox.
I'm working with Yahoo! on this issue currently and do not know how long to expect this to continue.

Having problems logging on on my Mac. Can get in on a pc... but no luck with Mac

Check the browser security settings. You have to allow cookies to identify you here.
