I think I have this figgured out. Canadians buy up all the land in Baja (and other parts of Mexico). Mexicans flee North to America to get away from
the muy codo Canadians. Now when this is done, Canada will have the United States sorrounded. Maybe Bin Laden is the Premier of Canada now!!!
