Baja discussion on Mayo? got me thinking of This.
Not a baja recipe but I make it about everywhere I travel and at home.
1pkg shrimp flaver Ramen Noodles
1/2 # shrimp
1 cup fresh vegitables
3 T. chunky peanut butter
2 Cups limeaid
Chilies to taste
Make the noodles using limeaid instead of water.
mix in the peanut butter and chillies
Micro wave the vegitables to your desired doneness, add to noodles
add shrimp and cook untill they are done.
has a Thi taste.
