Don apparently broke his ankle near where he lives and a lady that also
rents there took him to the Sharp Medical Center and it is my
understanding that he was scheduled for surgery on Friday (yesterday)
morning. Have not heard any more about him. Thought I would call him
today...maybe he feels like talking. If you send notes he can read them
when he gets home...which I am sure he would enjoy.
HERE IS THE SECOND PART,k
Just spoke to Don. He is at the Sharp Medical Center in Chula Vista.
He thinks he will be there for a few more days because they are now
waiting for the swelling to go down to put a cast on. Apparently he
will be on a walker and wheelchair for awhile. The phone number at the

That's real tough luck, Don. We are wishing you a speedy recovery and also hope the nurses are pretty.
