For those still holding tickets on Aero California I have a success story~
a client of mine just informed me that he went through his credit card company to where his tickets were charged and he was issued a refund through
the cc company. His travel was scheduled for mid may. As soon as I found out about the Aero Cal situation (April 3) I informed all clients of ours
whe were scheduled to come here on Aero Cal and those whose air info we hadn't received. I believe that since he was able to get on the situation
immediately his result was this good outcome.
So if you're holding tickets for Aero Cal, you may be able to turn your situation around if they were purchased by cc.
