Sir" In my experience that is a very slow time to fish out of Loreto. I would say that you will have a much better time enjoying the lites and people
of Loreto. Skeet/Loreto

Yellowtail, big yellowtail. They are caught on the bottom that time of year, which means close to the sharp rocks and pinnacles. The way I have
hooked them and actually got them in the boat was with this rig. 6/0 reel on a stand up tuna stick loaded with 80# dacron and 100# mono leader. 4 to
8oz torpedo sinker, dropper loop riged. Set drag as tight as it will go, drop down mackeral and hang on, with any luck you will be hoisting 40 to 50#
yellowtail over the rail, and possibly even a larger one. fishin rich

Excellent report fishinrich bit you forgot to tell him to Hire Alvaro Murillo, Manuel Ferndeanz to take you to those Holes. It will take you many days
to discover them by your self. Skeet/Loreto

Thanks for the replies. It sounds like the fishing should be good. I would be happy to catch yellows in December. I don't know any better way to
spend the holidays...Thanks again Paul
