I have a fm3 and will be entering baja by car with 3 ppl with tourest permits

When crossing the border into baja what do i need to claim?? Is the a dollar amount that is free of duty?? If so what is it?? Do i need to declair
it if its under that amount?? Is it per vehical or per person?? I hope to bring down things ill use there like shelving, light fixtures plumbing and
electrical not a big amount of anything any info would be appreciated thanks jerry
