Baja Judy,

Just the type of event that will get us to travel from Mulege, after we retire in a few years.

Best of luck this year, hope you get lots of traffic.

Omigod, Judy - Ruiz and Rivera are two of my most favorite artists in the whole world. Do I ever wish I could hop a bus and make it there in time to see them. All I can say is lucky lucky you.

Pregunta: Did my dear friend Sara have anything to do with their appearance? I know she's close to each of them. When you see her at the festival (or wherever), please give her big hugs from me.

Thanks for the hugs delieved personaly by Judy at a really outstanding festival. The weather was about as perfect as it can get. There were over a hundred artist that showed and although I surly didn't count them, there must have been at least a few thousand visitors pass thru.

Nena, the good news is: Ruiz and Rivera will be here for another month, they landed here Mar. 15th and put into action their free form studio at the Mulitculture Center here in Los Barriles.

Due to the Oaxacan Political fiasco last summer these fine artist found themselves in an economic need to travel to Baja to see if they couldn't recoupe from almost a year of no tourisum in Oaxaca. So, the good that came of all this is; We got them here!
