A couple of days ago I stoped south of La Paz where you keep to the right to go to Cabo from Hy. 1. A police officer was there in a pick up doing some
paper work. I started talking to him and it turned out that we have some common friends. Then we started talking about radar and tickets. He said that
with him in the pick up and another officer in a car they are giving a ticket every ten minutes. He also said that all up and down Baja Sur that they
give more tickets in one day then they used to give in a week. He told me that he will usually not stop anyone unless they are 15 K over the speed
limit if there is no other traffic.
