Amigos, is it better to arrange car rental here at the AAA or online thru car rental companies than upon arrival in La Paz? Also, what about
insurance? Does Amex cover the additional insurance or do I need to purchase thru car rental co?Anyone know what the going rate is for a midsize?
Looks like we have no choice but do a rental car because we have a toddler and I can't see lugging a car seat around doing the cab thing. Thanks for
