we just got back from Gonzaga Bay on Mar 27. Fishing is POOR! All the way down. Water is too cold right now. I fished from the shore, the points, pandas, and whatever else I could think of! Sorry bud, it's bad! I found out too late on this trip, that if you check the water temps BEFORE you go, the fishing is great at above 74 degrees(water)! No one was catching from boats to shore. And I am a bonafide fisherperson!

No fish----nut's I say

Yankee---There are lots of fish between puertecitos and gonzaga you just have to know where they are at. The water temp this time of year is fine for catching. Remember 90% of the fish are in 10% of the water so that leaves a lot of area with nothing which is obviously where your line was. Like the song says--You gotta pay your dues to fish here son. I have been fishing and diving that area for 40 years and know every pinnacle and ledge there is. Keep trying and put in your time because nothing tasts better than fresh grilled fish!!! Fishin Rich
