A beach town popular with American tourists is said to be one of the most contaminated in Mexico.
Mexico's tourism secretary is calling on state authorities to do more to clean up Rosarito Beach and is asking for more water-treatment facilities to
clean water dumped in the ocean from industrial plants nearby.
The tourist town south of Tijuana, Mexico, is among 20 beach sites found to be contaminated in a survey of 218 beaches across Mexico.
