Yesterday, hubby drove from Rosarito to Otay and back.
He reported the road condition as good, with some narrowing down of the lanes and maybe diversion of traffic near Popotla (Rosarito) due to the
installation of water pipes.
The commericial traffic, i.e., semi-trucks, goes fast and, yes, there was one dead cow lying by the side of the road, but he felt that travelers
exercising normal caution should not be worried about traveling the road during the day or early evening hours.

Does anybody know what it is they are building along Commercial Blvd that has traffic diverted???? an elevated roadway looks like.
