there is an atty in mexicali that is working a development plan on a huge parcel he bought in that immediate area. i have to hunt up the contact info
and will try. he wants to sub divide that area , its a fairly large undertaking, i do not know how well he's capitalized but he contacted my group
about an air park possibility and building hangars.

Thanks Capt Mike...just need more info on the attorney...most down there are not trustworthy and bill you for work done by some low-paying XXXXX.
