Hi Mike

I haven't landed there yet but it looks easy. I think I've seen a 400 class Cessna parked there.
I'm thinking I can just hop from Pedregal to Magana and take a bus to the store for supplies.
Ya, it's an effort but easier than an 11 mile walk into town.
Eventually I'll leave a jeep or something at Pedregal so I have wheels when I get there.

Is that strip close to Robertson's Ranch --
We (Tucson Sams) fly into RR each trip ! I see the same greenhouses .

hola Bob - yes it is altho i have landed at RR ,AKA Los Pinos, lots of times i have never landed at Magana. it is on the CH22 check it out. as the summer heats up we should get a group trip going, maybe an informal fly in and camp out to Pedregal or Campo Lorenzo? Larry would set us up with camping, i think Pedregal is 100% private lots. i don't fish but i would just hang on the beach and party. lets rumble something up, wadya say??

Mike , email me

I am still having problems with your spam filter ---doesn't appear to like my Hughes .

Flying from El Rosario (Diamond Dimante) to RR , I haven't seen any other strips other than Cielto Lindo and that one isn't in very good condition. We pass by it on the road to the Desert Inn.

check BBP guide for this one. but i never been there either. CL is a joke now since no one is maintaining it. some one will wad up there one day. i like Lorenzo's or El Socorrito a ways further south. Camping at both.
