Wish I was there to see it...break a leg...hey maybe sirenita can be part of your theatre guild too..she's a good actress, singer etc...good luck and I hope for good attendance.

There is a young female lead in this play. Maybe next year.

oops! Did I just bump this? I'm so disappointed to have no Nomads responding that they'll come see the show. It's an interesting story (though have to admit that Rosarito ticket prices are well....pricey!) But you'll love the show!

Please go see this play!! It was excellent and all the actor's and actresses did a great job. Any time you get the chance to see live theatre please take advantage of it.

Bumpity-bump! This weekend - hope to see you there!

palmeto99 - 7-22-2008 at 04:38 PM

Why pay money to see it when it is free to watch everyday on the border. ..

bajabound2005 - 7-22-2008 at 06:21 PM

Because it tells 3 personal stories and how they all end up intertwined. It's an interesting take on it all and more importantly, it stars TWO of your fellow Nomads!

I happen to think that the fence should be 100 feet high and across the entire border. Any story you are trying to tell would just try to sugarcoat the border problem any way.
The Mexicans have a zero tolerance on illegal immigration and working without permits in their country. Instant ejection when you get caught .Who cares about the reasons they try to get across or why they do it .Why should the USA not try to stop this activity at any cost.
Perhaps a Spanish language production of Cats.....

look, this thread is about theatre; if you don't like it, don't read it. And since we are doing this show about as far from you are as possible, you don't need to worry your pretty little head about it.

And clearly you aren't up on the news since Mexico just announced they'll no longer jail illegals. But if you want to start a thread about THAT, please do so, but keep it out of this one. Thanks for keeping this post at the top of Today's Posts.

Do you think getting tickets will be tough or will you be adding shows..

Have a

Heart and give em a break, we all know there's nothing left worth stealing in baja so they gotta go somewhere.

Lizard Lips.............does Ed play one of the border guards? I really enjoyed the play at the GPT a couple of months ago.
