Matt,

Thanks for the smile I am sitting here with plastered across my face. You are blessed, and there is no doubt as to why; cause without a doubt, you are "One of the Good Guys". Saludos, Sara

Goofy foot no, goofy yes!

We lived in Alhambra and spent ALL weekends and free time at San O and Doheny until parents bought house on beach in Baja Norte in 1963. Then most ALL free time was spent on beach in Baja. In the photo in the mag I am the tow head in the middle and a bit more then 5 years old. I still look the same only taller!

If you ever attended one of the luau's you saw me doing the hula!!

We are going to a hukelau,
a huke , huke, huke, huke, hukelau.
We throw our nets out into the sea,
and all the yama, yama coming a swimmin'
to me.
Everybody loves a hukelau!

Elgatolocao, whereabouts in Baja Norte in 1963, that's about the time we started coming down.

Do the names Jack and Hank or Ed Rosenthal ring a bell?

I think those were the best years of my life. Ed built a house here, and my folks put in a pool - same price around $3,000.00.

Remember when Puerto Nuevo was just a little house on the sea, and the lobster dinner was $2.00?
