There's a one-page site up at that URL. I'm able to pull it up.
The site states that the Hotel closed in 8/02 and won't reopen.

on the development, go to www.bajabushpilots.com and do a search. there have been posts on it. they are selling lots now. the largest prudential owner in cal is the money
behind it.
