I am moving to Punta Banda and need to get a new cell that i would like to be able to use in Mexico,US and even UK.I have been to a few stores here in
US and they all seem to tell me to buy one in Mexico.
Can anyone help??

Hello...
It seems that Telcel has some agreements with Tmobile, Cingular and At&T, to
offer international roaming services.
Movistar we are not sure, but they may have agreements with AT&T.
