I live in TJ and work for US companies telecommuting. You can probably get something similar with your skill set. You'll make a lot more money working for a US company plus you don't have a work permit problem.

Thanks DENNIS. I meant the second definition but I edited my silly post. Woooshes response, which I still don't get, got me going down the wrong path. I was thinking it was Ludditeish, maybe.

Sorry- I saw the Rosarito Beach Hotel's website has a Chinese version- so thought the Mexi-chin skill set was taking off...
