The office for the Mogote development--El Paraiso del Mar--is on the Malecon, beyond the Perla (as you come into town).
You can make arrangements there to take the boat across.
They have an ad on this board, so click on that (and do Doug--and ourselves--a good turn).

I think you may have mixed up the photos. Those are the new $200,000 homes in the new Nopolo development.
