Thanks for letting me know about spot Terry. I have used it in many of my travels and just recently used it last week when I went to Oaxaca. I was in a very remote area and kept it on all day. My wife was able to track me the entire day. I also sent you the link.

I suggest anyone that travels to have one. I will have it o next week when I'm in Nicaragua.

ePERBS with gps ARE BEST but spot is good too.
considering the price Spot is a huge good deal.

Just checked them out, pretty impressive service.. GEOS Search and Rescue.. I should get that.. as I don't think anyone would come looking for me.. :):)
