I have a 60'x24' lot that I use for parking my boat and vehicle when I'm staying at my other space in Tripui. I need to rent at least half the space
to someone in order to afford it. The park has 24-hour security, a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. It is very well maintained and I've been there
since 1991. The space has full hookups and the rent includes water and maintenance. Annual rent for half the space is about $2300. I also have a
1998 25' Komfort 5th wheel on the space for sale. The trailer is in excellent shape and I'm asking $7000 for it. I would like to make it a package
