I ran into an old acquaintance, Frank, a couple days ago, a now retired commercial fisherman. We spoke briefly about an expedition he did with a
group of scientists in 2004 retracing Steinbeck's journey to the Sea of Cortez. He was the boats Captain. I went to the website and found it
interesting and thought some of you may as well.

I met Frank back in 2004 in La Paz. Interesting guy and project. As I recall, he lost his vessel a year later in the Sea of Cortez. Say hello for
me if you see him again: Jack from S/V La Paloma in Marina de La Paz.
