small is fine, safe and peaceful is important - a place to stay while checking out the area to possibly move back - neat, artist type

a place for all or part of the time mentioned above would work - a friend and I have been planning this trip for awhile and now because of illness, I
am thinking to come down solo and would probably do better with a place to head to while in the area - I have lived on Concepcion Bay before (at
Naranjo) and love the area - I am also good at pet/garden etc care if someone is in need
of a break (from Paradise?, well, ya just never know) and would like to trade all or part rent that way -

Thanks for this lead but it is too isolated for me out near the Lighthouse - along the river in Oasis or the Orchard might work though I really feel
more at home on the Bay because of swimming in the Bay, etc but am open to other possibilities as I love Mulege- just not the noise of town or places
not surrounded by like minded community
