Looking for one year lease in Todos Santos area.

We are a retired married couple with a steady income looking for a furnished house in the Todos Santos area or East cape Area. We will be in that area mid October and ready to move in by November. We want a place on the beach or very close to it. We have excellent credit and references. We will treat your home as if was our own. Let us know what you have and we will go from there, Dave and Joan.

Sounds like an excellent idea. The Todos Santos area is a beautiful place. Good luck!

Try contacting Elena from the US or Canada: 011-52-612-145-0050 and ask her about the Stewart Rental - there are two houses for rent. Not sure about the pricing. The homes belong to Marylou and Charles Stewart (Charles passed on this year) and I know Marylou could use the income from the rental houses. They are both in Todos Santos. They are both furnished.

Set up a rental for a month and check it out. There are always better deals when you get there and live. Nothing like feet on the ground when checking things out.

I agree with MMc. Of course, you've been there before?! BWO Baja Western Onion dot com is showing a nice, small house in town by Janet Howey--a nice gal. El Calendario.com. Let us know what you find. BFS has shown photos of his beautiful place, too. Howdy, neighbor. Tio

It is very difficult to find beach close deals in TS. And for the busy Christmas/New Years dates even more so as the beach properties book up well in advance and at high season rates. But there are many properties available and negotiating a good long term rate is possible with the homeowners that prefer long term rentals and who do not use their properties much. It may be easier to rent something away from the beach for the peak season then move onto the beach after the rush. Suerte!

Thanks everybody for the replies. So far no beach rentals for us, so we are still looking. We have friends in the Punta Gorda area in the east cape that have a house that they want us to house sit. We will probably stay there until we can find a nice beach front house to lease.
Again thanks for the help. Dave and Joan.
