sounds. 3 blocks from the beach and Marina La Paz. Stunning architecture, private entrance, gated parking. Located in a large garden with comfortable
furniture, outdoor eating area with a new gas grill with burner for cooking. Charcoal grill too. WiFi. AC. 2 fountains in the garden, a hammock for
naps. The basic kitchenette has coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, a prep area with all that is needed.
There is an ice chest and towels for the beach.Large windows with fully lined curtains for privacy. Queen size bed, and full size sofa/bed. Everything
is new. No children under 15. $600 per week + cleaning fee.
