Hy, I and my wife are coming to Bahia, from the end of March until half of April 2012.
At that time we will be at the home of Mary Craford, so hopefully…
We’re looking for a long rental house in Rincon, the south corner of Bahia de Los Angeles, above all at the end of the beach, where I’ve saw nice
homes near “La Mona”.
The most important thing it is in front of the sea, not in a second line, with all furniture and complete stuff, like refrigerator, kitchen, a good
solar power system, internet connection etc. etc.
With a car and boat included would be wonderful (never say never..)
I would like to begin renting the house from the end of this year, for a first period of ten years.
I am an Italian Army Colonel close to retirement, I hope…
About the monthly rent of about we can talking about, (the rent of the land is mine expense), with soon 5-year lease at the time of rental.
