Are there any RV Parks in the Southern Baja (near Todos Santos or Cabo) where I could store my camper in exchange for allowing the park to rent it
while I am not there???

Interesting question. Try El pedrito, or el cerrito. Those are the two main ones on the pacific side, both have plenty of spaces and may work
something with you.
