Still cloudy and windy but worse seem past.
Lots of strong wind but not much rain till now.
The road to Todos Santos and CSL is still passable but access is not allowed except emergencies. Road to Los Barriles is closed.
Ignacio is East of La Paz.
Electricity was out in central area between 4 AM and 7.45 AM
Telephone kept working.
