I've been looking at property advertisements for this location:

I've also searched nomad discussions and found various listings and questions regarding Land least cost, year-round electricity etc.
Does anyone have recent experience with living here, and Buying or renting property? If you are a resident, how do you like it?

They have a nice tennis court there and thermal hot springs. A community generator for electric. That is a good house for 20 thousand.

with the hiway running through iy can you get any sleep there?
Couple of places look pretty good
