I had a get together with high school teachers last week and one of them quickly put together this really tasty appetizer:
cream cheese and pour the pineapple habanero sauce over it. It will have the slightest of kicks and goes perfectly with ritz crackers.

you know, I never thought of those ideas but the mango with chicken or fish sounds delicious and making the sauce at home will be done this week -
