A strong mobilization of police and military in La Paz responded to a
report of a police officer shot with a firearm. Upon arrival it
was determined he had accidentally shot himself in the leg..

"It was determined"??? He didn't tell the truth? He should be shot. Oh, he did that already. He should be stabbed for lying. But maybe he knew
he would be fired, in which case I would lie too.
