I think this is the place that they're referring to in the article. It's south of Rosarito along Carretera 1 (Libre) Rosarito-Ensenada Km. 36.6,
closer to Puerto Nuevo, BC.
I have never eaten at the restaurant, has anyone tried it?

I don't think it is open as a restaurant anymore. Mainly used for special events now.
