Promoting Biking Safety

MrBillM - 1-26-2015 at 10:59 AM

A great addition to any vehicle would be Cheap Disposable, Flexible and easily removable plastic Bumper extensions which would serve the purpose of deflecting the bicycle off of the road without doing damage to the car which might endanger the occupants of the vehicle or any other traffic that might come by.

Carrying a spare set in the trunk, they could be replaced in seconds after a sweep.

Admittedly, they wouldn't be useful in ALL encounters, but in enough to make a difference without making a mess of the car or truck.

ANYTHING to improve the safety should be considered.

OK.

Speaking for myself and others:

Adios Mother-F.

BTW, I AM again heading (rifle and pistol-packed) for my pal's new casa in Arizona, near Kingman, as soon as the weather warms.

Bikers be warned.
