Once you log in to off topic it appears in the general forum. To leave off topic, you'll need to log out of the forum and log back in and don't log
into off topic again. At least that's what I recall.

I'm not a fan of JJJ, but if you're referring to the laptop search article, I think it's completely valid in the Baja News section.
