For some reason I have problems logging in. My user name is O.K. But my pin was denied. I was sent what I thought was a temporary pin. It is a very
large number but I was able to connect for awhile. Now it has denied mr access. I see no way of registering a new pin. Advice please

To login, one needs a registered username - and each username has an associated password.
The passwords are assigned - and issued via email. One can change their password in the user control panel settings.
If a password is lost, or no longer works for any reason, one can have a new password issued via email using the "Forgot password" link from the login
page.
If browser security settings are set too high (and do not allow the use of "cookies"), then there could be login issues because of that.
