The Lost Galleon

bajaguy - 6-9-2016 at 08:29 AM

Trace the history of the Spanish galleon San Felipe.

The San Felipe was carrying a variety of cargo when it sank between 1574 and 1576, victim of a shipwreck off the northern Baja coast.

The history and artifacts will be on display at the Caracol Museum of Ensenada, on loan from the National Institute Anthropology and History (INAH) for a period of 6 months.

The Caracol Museum is located on the Costero, near the Cruiseport Terminal across from the Riviera Cultural Center
