Is that two parcels, 600 m2 each for a total of 1200 m2 of two 300 m2 parcels for a total of 600 m2?
Are the parcels adjacent to each other?
Are they in the "new" community of small concrete block houses on the west side of the highway near the PEMEX?

Perhaps a full title is where the seller and owner are the same person. Lots of 1/2 titles in Mexico where that isn't true.
