These lots are on a SAFE beach 14 miles south of Punta Conejo (access Km55). Only power on the beach between Todos Santos and San Carlos.
Each lot is 1999m2 and has drop-dead unobstructed view.
Talk to Mark Rockwell at Coldwell Banker (Elias Calles) 612-111-7369, he visited them last week and will deliver his usual candid assessment.

Pricing is underway - fiendishly difficult due to lack of comparative lots with full services. Come and see for yourself!
