1. What's a years total cost (itemized) for the home to lease?
2. Can you share the cost with another person or 2 with me being the primary leaser?
3. Will you take Carolina Reaper hot sauce as a down payment?
4. Can you launch a 18' aluminum boat in that cove around the corner from the house? If yes is the launching area tide specific?
Now that my part time working days are coming to an end I'll need a place to hide out from honey dos.
