Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada, for the Elitist Traveler

Despite the condescending tone, it is a well researched article with beautiful photographs.

"A Perfect Day in...Baja" from Harper's Bazar

Great just what Baja needs. Elitist, wine tasting snobs.

Yes thank you Gypsy Jan. A well written article. Very informative.

Plenty of good wineries without the snob factor to visit.

Wonder how they selected the wineries for this article, or if the wineries compensated the author

Interesting how the author blew off the FMM requirement

Looks Yummy

thanks for the link...
I didn't know the foodie thing was so big down there. I'll be driving down with my wife (her first trip) on New Years day and we were going to bring a bottle of El Dorado County's finest to celebrate with but sounds like we'll be trying the local vines instead.

Try Vina de Frannes - you will not be dissapointed. Then eat at Finca Altozano

Great article, Thank you for posting. Seems like many of the US magazines are running articles on the Guadalupe Valley.

We use to go for the winetasting, now we go for the wine and food.

I would make reservations at Finca Altozano. I was just there and it was difficult to be seated without them.

I have been to Doņa Esthelas and it really is an experience.
