I am from Vancouver Island, single, non-smoker & very occasional social drinker. I want to be in a community where I can walk or bike everywhere,
thus why downtown. I have excellent references here in Baja & am myself a landlord so I will respect your home. I do not need something grandiose
however I want a place large & comfortable enough for my partner & children to visit me if they so decide; something reasonably priced ( in
the range of $800 -$1200 per month; depending on number of bedrooms).
