Now now....be nice to Chuckie.

Anyway...another Trooduh, eh. I thought you tax slaves were trying to extricate yourselves from the monarchy model like we did by flushing Hillary into her rightful place.

Getting rid of monarchy?

So, you like the anarchy of your new king?

And I AM being nice to Chuckie...

Answering questions with questions.
Another failure of communication skills.

When it Doubt ................... Panic ?

MrBillM - 2-7-2017 at 03:27 PM

Clearly, when the subject is TRUMP, there is NO shortage of overheated hyperbole.

The oft-repeated specter of WWIII being (perhaps) the epitome.

Whatever Crazed Chief Orangeskin might do to muck up world relations, even HE couldn't easily trigger a World War.

Get a GRIP.

Setting the Record Straight

Two of the previous FACTS aren't:

"Fact: Dems lost seats in Congress........... Fact: Dems lost seats in the Senate"

In 2016, the Dems actually gained SIX House seats and TWO Senate seats.

And Hillary got millions more votes than the Donald!

Trump and his "mandate" are illegitimate!

Even a preschooler can comprehend that trump won due to meddling by putin, and the true will of the people is best illistrated by the popular vote win by hillary.

Trump is illegitimate president!

Hillary was a victim but not of Trump.
And it seems the 'minority' isn't any longer either.

Just goes to show you that a lot of US voters, were racist against Obama, and fact is most Americans self-identify as conservative than liberal. Conservatism is boring if you ask me.

This is why you see so many backward red states that never got over the civil rights legislation in the 60's. This year the rust belt states especially the rural areas, might as well been southern states, because they loved Trump's anti-immigrant and xenophobic dog whistles, that weren't to silent.

If you ask me, Trump's election was White Supremacy's Last Stand in America, because in four years, the demographics will be different.

This is also one of the reasons why I'm a " contrarian" and don't follow the crowd, because the crowd is always wrong.

Wait...I thought the 'crowd' (aka 'majority') voted for Hillary and therefore you didn't(?) vote for Hillary because you "don't follow the crowd"? So you voted for Sanders? Who got screwed by the Hillary 'crowd'.

"Even a preschooler can comprehend that trump won due to meddling by putin, and the true will of the people is best illistrated by the popular vote win by hillary."

Sort of like the whole town knows something you don't and the guy you don't like rubs it in your face...but you would rather not have known because it was the guy who told you the truth that you didn't know. Nobody is disputing what Putin exposed.

P.S. check your computer spell check/sentence composition app to see if it's working...or give the preschoolers a break.

Hillary, did win the popular vote, thanks to California, but take Blue California out of the popular vote equation, and Trump wins the election by over 1 million votes, and Trump overwhelming wins the white vote 58% all over the country. In fact I believe Obama lost the white vote to both McCain, and Romney, despite the fact Obama won the elections running away.

I''m also responding to your correct claim Paranewbi, that the Democrats lost Governor positions in the States, and the fact Trump won 30 US states especially in the ex-slave states in south.

Thanks to the electoral college it pretty much discounted the growing minority vote in the USA, and gave the whites voters even more strength to engage in voter "Whitelash" a term coined by CNN's Van Jones.

So forgive me if I still fell like a liberal minority in blue state of California, in a country of red states that seem to be turning more conservative as the years go by.

Makes me wonder why so many white Americans, vote Republican. Are they really that conservative, or is something spooking them to make the majority of them to vote against their own interests and vote for an openly racist like Donald Trump?

No I didn't vote for Bernie, and although I loved most of Bernie's campaign ideas, I thought in many ways Bernie, was like Trump, and was promising voters something he couldn't deliver, seeing how entrenched the GOP was to stop Obama when he was in office. I also didn't trust Bernie, because during one Town hall meeting, the locals got Bernie to show his true self, when he was defending Israel's massacre of Palestinian babies, when most of us that study this issue, know Israel uses disproportionate force against Palestinians including against children.

I also thought Bernie was too old looking to be President, and also believed the GOP would paint Bernie, as a socialist, as if something is wrong with having socialist ideas. In hindsight, I was wrong, and probably should have supported Bernie, over Hillary. It was great to see all that young person's support of Bernie.

chuckie - 2-8-2017 at 03:51 PM

Hillary who? Was she the wife of the guy who got BJ's in the oval office?

The Russians, the FBI, the Ku Klux Klan and ..............

MrBillM - 2-8-2017 at 04:49 PM

A number of other Usual Suspects may have had an influence on the vote, BUT..........................

There is no likelihood that one single vote was influenced by the opinions ventured here.

Thoughtful, "Thought Full (?)", Incendiary, Vitriolic, Nonsensical or Imbecilic.

In the end, they are ALL of equal value.

Self-satisfying.

Worth the price of admission and creation.

And, nothing more.

Hillary, did win the popular vote.

Impossible to win a vote when there is no vote. Fact
But I will contribute to your supply of Charmin tissues.

LancairDriver - 2-8-2017 at 11:19 PM

It isn't the QUANTITY of the vote, it's the QUALITY of the vote. The vast numbers of the tax dollar parasites who owe their existence to the bloated welfare state or the public employees unions located in the urban jungle pockets comprise the numbers we see. If you look at the red vs blue map of the voting in CA, OR, WA, the vast amount of the territory in these states is red and went for Trump. These are the people who produce the wealth that supports the tax dollar parasites and they are badly outnumbered. It has come to the point that they can no longer support the parasites. This election is only postponing the inevitable for a little longer.

How does 3+ million votes more for Clinton equate to your faux "fact"?

Thanks for the reply. In this jungle one can not express his political views without a major backlash from the peanut gallery. You must be one of those racist, sexist, homophobic or xenophobic individuals. Are you not?

Stay safe my friend and please do not wear a Trump hat in Baja.

Doesn't matter whether you are for Trump or not. We are on a path for economic collaspe unless something changes. So we has a society better make the necessary changes, or end up in the trash bin of history no one has escaped. Economics doesn't recognize Blue or Red, it is color blind.

JoeJustJoe - 2-9-2017 at 11:31 AM

Lobsterman, what do you mean spot on? LancairDriver, is completely wrong with his facts.

It's true that the red states went for Trump, The red states, turned red during the 60's, during Johnson's, civil rights legislation. Remember, when President Johnson said," There goes the South for a generation?" Johnson, from the state of Texas, knew how racist the south was. Nothing much as changed in all these years.

But where LancairDriver, is completely wrong, is where he claims it's the red states that " produce the wealth."

That's completely wrong. It's the blue states that produce the wealth, and are rich compared to the poor red states . It's the red states that are the welfare states. Just wait till the GOP eliminates Obamacare, the Trump's constituents in the red states are going to learn that they were taken for fools, but then again the red states have been voting against their own interests for years.

I do think the red states, and the bible belt, still lead in porn consumption, according to a few articles that came out a few years ago.

Regarding the insults, towards conservative voters. Nobody insults more than Trump.

MrBillM - 2-9-2017 at 07:37 PM

During an RT to El Centro today, thanks to no CD player in a Dodge Charger we rented for the day, I happened to be listening to Talk Radio (KFMB) and there was a discussion of a phenomenon running rampant on this and other Social Media:

Narcotizing Dysfunction.

Becoming so informed on a subject (thanks to the so-called CNN Effect) that one "thinks" that such knowledge is an effective substitute for actually DOING something.

As an example, the host pointed out the Christian genocide in Syria.

The informed person who decries it, the person clueless on the subject and the informed person who applauds it have exactly the same degree of influence ..................ZERO.

UNTIL any of the three actually DO something to effect a solution.

Geez, you can always just not click on a thread, you know. It's amazing to hear you are so critical of this thread when you've posted TWENTY ONE TIMES on it so far.

Moth driven to the flame?

However, this and another similar thread I can agree with you, both are OT sewer back-ups. Haven't checked in quite a while, but the pipes must be really plugged over yonder.... especially post-election. Funny how the same 4 to 5 names appear over here simultaneously from OT when the going gets nasty... like there's not enough audience in the slime pit.
