Link doesn't work for me. I don't know what the report says. But Mexico City has been sinking for a long time, ever since the ancient lake has been
drained to create more land. There has been work for decades in the zócalo to shore up and straighten up the main cathedral. It's has had a
pronounced tilt for a long time.
