I believe the plane to be in the air. You can see the con trail and the second plane is a shadow.

Another plane was discovered and appeared on this forum a while back. The satellite just happened to be snapping pictures at the right moment. It will
be there until the next update.
I was visiting a friend in Ventura County a few years ago and had my RV parked on his property. just happened to be there when the satellite was
snapping pictures and some time later he got a notice from the tax collector wanting information on his RV. He was shown the picture after his protest
